We all know staying on track during the holidays can be a challenge, but the beauty of it is you can still move your body for 30 min (even if it’s a quick walk) and still maintain alllll your progress. This challenge is perfect for anyone traveling during the holidays bc these workouts can be done for anywhere. It’s an easy way to stay accountable with online community!
Here is what you can expect:
3 glute/hamstrings workouts, 2 full body workouts, 2 upper body workouts, 3 cardio + core workouts, and 2 low impact cardio days. These workouts are mainly DB/body weight only.
Once you complete the workout, screenshot your session summary and tag me on IG for a chance to win a prize - one winner each day!
You don’t need to train for hours to see results — most of my workouts can be done in about an hour, but it’s easy to just do one or two sections if you don’t have time! Something is better than nothing!
My workouts are designed for all levels- If you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, there’s still something for you.
The workouts are designed with a full gym in mind, but most things can be modified with dumbbells— there is room for creativity!

Building muscle mass has benefits like increasing your metabolism, increasing bone density, increasing confidence and decreasing overall fat in the body. Building a foundation of strength will make moving your body easier and more manageable. While functional strength training is at the heart of what I do, I will teach you how to develop habits to form an overall active lifestyle. This can look different everyday — maybe it’s swimming in the ocean, walking outside, running or hiking, lifting heavy or jumping high. We will learn the foundations first, and work from there.

I am passionate about helping women discover their full potential. After overcoming my own eating disorder and body dysmorphia at a young age, I am empowered by watching others become stronger through weight lifting and ultimately more confident at the gym (and with themselves!)
After many years of doing primarily cardio heavy workouts during and after college, it wasn’t until this past year when I started seeing transformation in my body composition from weight lifting. At the same time, I was working in marketing and ultimately felt called to quit my job to pursue fitness full time. After taking my leap of faith, I became a certified personal trainer through NASM and haven’t looked back.
I have been in the fitness and nutrition space for over 3 years now. I started my journey coaching group fitness, and then made the switch to 1:1 personal training where I fell in love with helping women through movement and empowering them to be the strongest version of themselves. My passion for nutrition came as a natural match to my training. I found freedom in fueling my body to be strong instead of starving it to be the skinniest version of myself. I help educate women on the importance of macros and guide them in how to fuel their bodies with adequate protein, carbs and fats. I believe in life, there must be balance—so I coach my clients that way. With that came a passion for nutrition. It is my lifelong passion to teach others the importance of a healthy lifestyle: food, mental state, fitness…all of it. It’s all interconnected!
I am a certified personal trainer that specializes in macro coaching. I have been an athlete all my life —I played travel volleyball, swam for 13 years and ran track. Being outdoors brings me the most joy, so I like to fill my free time with outdoor runs, walks, and hikes.
I have found my niche in helping women find passion for living an all-encompassing healthy lifestyle. I believe in making movement a lifestyle rather than a fad that ebbs and flows. Life is hard, so I help women establish habits that they can take with them after we work together.
